Description
The Craft Story
This extraordinary dupatta is a celebration of two of India's most beloved textile traditions woven into one breathtaking piece. The base is pure georgette, handwoven in Varanasi with Banarasi Meenakari zari — the technique of weaving coloured enamel-like zari motifs into the fabric, creating a jewel-like shimmer that is distinctly Banarasi. Over this, the fabric has been hand-tied and dyed using the ancient Bandhani technique from Rajasthan and Gujarat, where thousands of tiny fabric knots are tied by hand before dyeing to create the characteristic dotted pattern. The result is a dupatta that carries the heritage of two great craft traditions simultaneously.
Product Details
- Pure georgette base — lightweight, sheer, and beautifully fluid in drape
- Banarasi Meenakari zari — coloured zari motifs woven into the fabric, creating a jewel-like effect
- Hand-tied Bandhani work — thousands of tiny knots tied by hand before dyeing
- Vibrant orange — the colour of festivity, auspiciousness, and bridal joy
- Dual craft heritage — Banarasi weaving + Rajasthani/Gujarati Bandhani in one piece
Occasion & Styling
Perfect for weddings, festive celebrations, and bridal trousseaus. Pairs beautifully with a silk lehenga, Banarasi saree, or a rich salwar suit. The orange tone is especially striking against ivory, gold, or deep jewel tones. A dupatta that tells two stories at once.

Manufacturing
Luxurion World follows a decentralized, artisan-based manufacturing system. Instead of mass production, the company sources handcrafted apparel directly from skilled artisans across India. The production relies on traditional handloom, embroidery, and craft techniques, ensuring each product is unique and culturally rich. Raw materials are often arranged or supported by advance payments to artisans, helping them work independently.
The company mainly acts as a curator and marketer, procuring finished goods and maintaining quality standards before selling through its online platform. This system promotes sustainable production, preserves heritage crafts, and supports rural employment while delivering premium, handmade products to customers worldwide.
