These Dupattas are largely produced in the town of Maheshwar in Madhya Pradesh. The colors of the Maheshwari dupatta are made using natural vegetable dyes.
FABRIC: Silk Cotton fabric is a blend of both fibers cotton & silk, combining positive characteristics of each into a single textile. A lightweight, silky and comfortable weave, cotton silk fabric has a soft hand-feel and a sturdy, silken drape, along with a versatility that makes it suitable for an extended variety of garment uses. Cotton silk fabric is durable enough to be machine washed and hung dry. especially if left dirty.
