Is there any variation in actual product from the image on site?

Yes, there could be a minor variation in color & design of the product because of variation in photography and settings on different devices. However, in real, our product look much better than that of photograph because we market genuine & authentic product through our website.

Can I make payment in my currency?

Yes, you can make payment in any currency through PayPal. You can check the price of your product in the currency of your choice. 

 

The payment page is redirecting me to a different website. Is it safe to go ahead with my Payment?

If you receive notification that your credit or debit card or other payment method has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider. Before doing so, please ensure that:
The card details or payment information entered are correct. For instance, your 16 digit code is correct and that you have selected the right card type
The 3 or 4-digit security number is correct.
Your credit card has not expired.

What courier services do you use?

We use most reputed courier companies both for India as well as for the World. For India, we use Delhivery, India Post, DTDC, DHL, FedEX, & For International shipments, we use DHL, UPS, ARAMEX, etc.

 

How many days you take to ship the products?

Our delivery timeline is mentioned on all the products on the website. Normally, we take approx. 7-10 days to ship a product from our warehouse in Mumbai. However, final delivery will depend upon the destination.  Once, a product is shipped, we provide you the tracking number through email. You can also check the delivery status on our website.

 

I placed order a few days ago. What is the status of my order?

What are your delivery charges?

Indian shipment is free for a product above INR 1000/- below this we chare INR 50/- for a shipment.
International shipping is free for orders above USD 400. Below this value, we charge USD 15 to 30 depending upon the geographical location of the World. (Details are mentioned on the website.)

 

How much custom duty and tax will I have to pay in my Country?

Customs Duties if any, are applied by local customs office of the country where the customer is receiving the shipment, and these are borne by the customer. Customs duties or taxes are applied as per import duties and taxations laws of a country and are outside our influence and control. Hence these need to be borne by the recipient of the shipment, the customer.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we ship products on Cash on Delivery in most part of India. (Please check the availability of COD based on PIN). However, International shipments are only against pre-paid orders.
