Return Policy has introduced easy and efficient procedures to assist you in purchasing products and services from the site. The return policy is designed to ensure the justified return. In case you have made a wrong decision in buying a product/service and if product falls under returnable category,

we shall offer you a store credit of the invoice amount on receipt of the product at our warehouse by deducting the shipment cost. In case the return is due

to an error on our part (incorrect item sent), we will either give you a replacement of the product or give you store credit the full invoice value to you.

In all the situation return shipment of the product is the responsibility of the customer. Please note, under no circumstances, any altered product inclusive of

fall-bidding on sarees & customized products shall not be accepted for return or exchange.

For smooth operation of return and replacement of products, the customer needs to ensure that the return shipment is in valid format and satisfying the

following conditions: 
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. 
• Return items will be only accepted in their original packaging, inclusive of polyester bags, hang tags etc.  
• Any items damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the following items:

• Handbags
• Intimates
• Jewellery
• Leather goods

After validating your return request over the phone we will send you an email authorizing a return.

Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 7 days of us sending the official ‘authorizing’ email to you

Post the receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or store credit for the appropriate amount. If however the return is not found eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receipt of the return package from you. In this connection, you are requested to note that all refunds will be made through Bank Transfer to your account.
Please Note: MultiNet Worldwide Pvt. Ltd will make store credit in the registered account of the customer.
We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step:
• When we validate your return, we will send you a return authorization mail
• At the closure of your refund, we will send you a closure mail
Due to our business model, we do not hold stock, and therefore we may not be able to offer exchanges.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us

The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.
As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and give store credit to the customer. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
