Luxurionworld.com has introduced easy and efficient procedures to assist you in purchasing products and services from the site. The return policy is designed to ensure the justified return. For a justified return, we shall offer you a store credit of the invoice amount on receipt of the product at our warehouse by deducting the shipment cost. In case the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent), we will either give you a replacement of the product or give you store credit of the full invoice value to you. No payment will be refunded under any situation.
No return or Exchange shall be given for products sold on discounted price or on sale on Website.
Any altered product inclusive of fall-bidding on sarees & customized products shall not be accepted for return or exchange.
There may be a slight colour variation in the image of the product on the website from original product due to various reasons like configuration of computer monitor, colour scheme of computer, lighting of the photograph etc. No refund/ exchange of the product is acceptable on minor color & design variation of the product.
For smooth operation of justified return and replacement of products, the customer needs to ship the product back to the company at their own cost and ensure that the returned product is satisfying the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, inclusive of polyester bags, tags etc.
- Any items damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

If you have any concern regarding product quality and you wish to exchange the product, you are requested to inform the company within three working days from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either call our Customer Support No +91-22-35714484 between 10 am and 6 pm on Monday to Friday or write to us at: email@example.com. After validating your exchange request over the phone, we will send you an email authorizing you to ship the product back to the company.
Please note, company should receive the return package within 7 days of sending the official ‘authorizing’ email to you.
Post receipt of the returned package, we will inspect the product and if found that the return request is justified, we will issue store credit for the appropriate amount. If product does not qualify for return, we will courier the same product back to you. In either case your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receipt of the returned package from you.
Please Note: MultiNet Worldwide Pvt. Ltd will make store credit in the registered account of the customer.
Cancelation of order:
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at: contact@Luxurionworld.com. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and give store credit to the customer. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
