The hotel has close proximity to the new by-pass road linking to the golf course road and the Delhi metro station is a five minute walk from the Hotel. The Hotel

The Building is Bauhaus inspired by the modernist design architectural movement. Though the design of the hotel is contemporary it is complimented with vernacular skills, Spaces are disciplined while being open, seamless yet with welcoming simplicity and offers a visually challenging concept of stillness. The gardens are Zen inspired with water bodies; Pergola and sand stone Buddha, though the richness lies in the detailing. Drawing its aesthetic reference from local material as well as architecture so unique to northern India. Building axis extended into the garden to give formal yet relaxing feel.

The exterior stone cladding is in rough Gwalior Mint juxtaposed with smooth Modak stone ,intricate design by the local stone craftsmen, evergreen & tropical plants to compliment the natural stone finish of landscape, wooden jali which have been inspired from balance of light & shadow, lofty ceilings, interesting hand paintings by local craftsmen, mint glass and stone contrast with the warmth of rich fabrics and wood to create a harmonious sense of restrained luxury.
A peaceful balanced environment is achieved to create a quiet, meditative ambience to come to after urban metro chaos.

Art At jüSTa – The Residence

Art by Young talented painters from Kolkata like Tamal Krisna,Tapas Ghosal and graphics by Masters Like Jogen Chaudry, Sonath Kar and young talented artists like Prashant Phirangi, Vishwanath etc., are on display in the hotel.

Rooms

Spacious rooms with large French windows and suites offer grand spaces unapologetic opulence and an imitable style with private gardens and terraces with outdoor seating provides an opportunity to relax in enveloping comfort, green spaces, fresh flowers and water body throughout the hotel brings nature home.
All rooms have spacious bathrooms though the suites have four fixture bathrooms with personal Jacuzzi, outside seating area with reading chairs and coffee table mixture of exotic teal wood stone and wooden flooring and wooden Jali screens for privacy.

Natural colour palette, cool glass rich fabrics and wood create accentuated by discreet lighting a harmonious sense of restrained luxury. All rooms are furnishes with the fines Indian silks, linen or silk velvets.

The modern furniture is made of Brazilian Lace, Maple and American Walnut.

Using highly textural compositions, self-developed fabrics and innovative weaves to translate her ideologies into a lifestyle story, she presents her collections in this Hotel, that bear the imprint of her cause : Concert of the Sea.

Coral reefs, known as the Rainforests of the Ocean, as they are the most biologically diverse marine eco-systems on earth and home to more than a quarter of all known fish species, suffer relentless damage, advertently or inadvertently, in the name of progress. ``I could not visualize a better embellishment to recreate the sparkle of the ocean, the translucent quality of its waters, and the life that is and inhabits the coral reef, which has a luminosity behind its colour. That's what I was seeking to capture and that's what I feel the colour of the fabric do for the collection – capture an ethereal luminosity and sparkle, ' says Deepika.

She adds ``A darkness that is both sweet and sensual….I worked with fabrics that were dark and dramatic, others that were delicate and lovely“.
